DEAN LANGLEY is a Creative Leader with over 15 years of cross-functional experience across brand, agency, and editorial. His creative vision is grounded in his fashion editorial art direction background. In 1999, Langley began his ten-year tenure at i-D magazine and in 2006 became the youngest Art Director of this legendary magazine. As Art Director of i-D, he brought innovative and established photographers such as Jurgen Teller and Collier Schorr into the magazine alongside photographers at the start of their careers, including Alasdair McLellen and Tyrone Lebon. Langley’s collaborative spirit and keen sense of the diversity of image-making underpins his approach and innate ability to lead and mentor teams. In 2010, Langley co-founded BEAT a music and youth culture based magazine, working with his closest photographic collaborators. Dean Langley’s experience spans brand campaigns, digital retail, film, editorial, branding, spatial design and print.
